Warranty

Power Steering Supplies offers a standard one year, unlimited mileage warranty no all PSS units unless otherwise specified. The PSS obligation under this express warranty shall warrant only to the repair or replacement, at our option, of any part or parts of any unit which has been returned to PSS with a written statement of the reason for the return. Upon inspection of the unit, if any breach of warranty has occurred due to materials and/or workmanship the customer shall be credited in full the cost of the unit as well as original freight charges. Power Steering Specialists DOES NOT PAY LABOR CHARGES or Air Freight Charges.

Core Policy

A like core must be returned to receive credit. Cores must be returned within 3 years, fully assembled, housings cannot be cracked or damaged, shafts cannot be welded, bent, twisted, broken, etc. and input shaft must be free to turn from stop to stop. There will be partial or no credit given for damaged cores.

R& R Policy

A rebuild and return program is available. Pricing on R&R units is subject to costs and does not necessarily reflect the published price sheets.
